An inner city Melbourne residential renovation of rear courtyard area.
The first floor outdoor area was converted to a bedroom and there was a modern architectual extension done to the first floor alfresco area.
As the extensions required major structural additions it enabled access to perform extensive utility improvements to the heritage dwelling,in addition to new heating and cooling systems and upgrade of all electrical infrastructure.
The rest of the dwelling was renovated and renewed.
