Full renovation of a delightful 2 storey, corner-block Victorian building, formerly a butchery, into modern/ earthy Cafe.
This build was internally quite big. To remove all structural walls took very large supporting steel beams and the ingenuity of “Cable Bridge CO” to get the beams in place.
The fitout was inspired by the clients in collaboration with EMB featuring
- recycled baltic floor’
- custom Tasmanian Oak select counter with apple box top
- benches from NE Victoria
- plywood staircase to restrooms and office.
