This 1890’s Victorian home required complete renovation. The very tired dwelling had serious underpinning and movement issues.
These were rectified by Excelsior Master Builder and a complete renovation undertaken, including:
- new verandah
- new sub floor
- Blackbutt flooring throughout
- all hard plaster walls and ceiling finished to period.
In addition, hydronic heating was installed to all areas and lighting finished with a combination of scandinavian light fans with Vintage LED – giving off new Victorian, with a hint of Warehouse. to Have New Victorian with a hint of Warehouse.
