Full renovation of existing residence along with extension to rear and ensuite extension to boundary in the heart of Thornbury. We really enjoyed doing a period finish for a change, with a typical Melbourne fusion of deco/ post-Victorian finish.
Hydronic heating installed through out and well insulated underfloor with our favourite Blackbutt flooring.
The Bathroom space was very well outlined, in all brass fittings with a hidden bifold entry laundry near the entry.
Hallway features included 2pac seat/ storage under northern light in to a soft-feel open kitchen. The Living Dining opens out to rear garden with a huge Stacker made by ‘Aspect Windows’ and Centaur screen.
