This was a 3 stage build being the complete renovation of bathroom, kitchen, laundry and rear entry of a 1950’s single fronted commision house followed by an architecturally designed alfresco area, as well as a practical landscaped finish.
Stahdout features of this build included:
- recycled Messmate benchtops
- select fittings in bathroom
- spotted gum deck with hand blown gin bottle pendants and vintage LED globes
- all new Euro style PVC windows and doors.
Not so fancy items include full gas and hot water upgrade, restumping, new aircon and heating, repointed and clean tile roof and new fascia and eaves.
